Personal Service

I specialise in operating a personal, one-to-one service for my clients. Sell your home with me, and you'll have one point of contact for the whole of the selling process (*). All RE/MAX agents (myself included) operate under a wide-ranging Code of Ethics, and routinely provide their clients with a 16-point Guarantee of Service. 

Initially, I'll evaluate and value your home, prepare a professional marketing appraisal, advise on presentation, take the photos, prepare the schedules, the website listing. Once the property is being actively marketed, I will;

Conduct ALL viewings of your home to buyer prospects. You won't be conducting open viewings on Thursday evenings or Sunday afternoons; I'll make appointments for viewers, and will accompany them as they view your home. I'll sell the home, so you don't have to.

I'll negotiate with all buyer prospects and their agents.

* Once an offer is accepted, I'll have to hand over the process to a conveyancing solicitor to conclude legal work on your behalf; RE/MAX has its own network of conveyancing solicitors, who are conveyancing specialists; they don't carry out any other legal work.  Whilst I will be leaving the legal work to one of these firms, I'll still be involved and monitoring the progress of your sale, right up to conclusion and even assisting with the handover of keys to the new owners.
