Our Internet Presence
At both local and national levels, RE/MAX Scotland employs various strategies to optimise our placings in search engine results, with an emphasis on google, as it dominates the search engine traffic in the UK.
Each RE/MAX agent has total control over the website listings for their own properties; we don't have to wait for a weekly update from an IT department to list your property. Typically, once you've agreed to list with us, and your Home Report has been published, your property will be up & running on our website within 24 - 48 hours.
We have a number of website features unique to us;
* We can employ an unlimited number of pictures within our website listings, and can vary the textual description as required; we're not just restricted to a facsimile of the printed schedule (although we can include a copy of the printed schedule therein).
* Our website automatically defaults to giving the viewer a slide-show presentation of the pictures; since pictures speak louder than words, and 'show me is better than tell me' just follow the local office link below, pick a property and give it a try....
* We use google maps to offer directions to our offices and properties (this was a unique feature up until a couple of months ago, but then our competitors followed suit.... we were first to offer this in our local market, though!)
