Graham R. Crawford is one of the Estate Agents with RE/MAX Advantage, based in Musselburgh, East Lothian, Scotland.
I was one of the Top 5 RE/MAX Agents in Scotland for January 2007, with 7 closed transactions that month.
We currently have five full-time Estate Agents (including the office owner) working within our office group; both from our office at 105a North High Street, Musselburgh, and our newer office in Dunbar.
My specific marketing areas are as follows (although these may only be meaningful to local residents) ;
Musselburgh Town Centre, from the High Street southwards, as far as Inveresk Road, Edenhall Crescent and Pinkie Hill Crescent, including all streets inbetween. Also, from the Monktonhall Place/Ferguson Drive junction, along Monktonhall Terrace to Olivebank Road, taking in all of Mayfield, Loretto Court, Mucklets, Whitehill, Stoneybank, and Eskview.
Further afield, I'm also covering Levenhall, Hope Place and the West Pans area, and the whole of Wallyford
Note that these are the areas where I'm directly marketing to the residents; I can still help you with Buying or Selling even you live in another area of East Lothian! Feel free to contact me. Even if I can't help, I'm sure I can find someone within the RE/MAX network who can.

RE/MAX was formed in Denver, Colorado, in 1973, and since then, has experienced continuous growth, building to a global network in 67 countries, of over 6,000 offices, with over 117,000 associates, or estate agents, like myself.
We were the first, and are still the only, RE/MAX office in East Lothian.
We believe we are the most pro-active, dynamic, Estate Agency in East Lothian, and possibly beyond.
Our office currently has five full-time Estate Agents, including the office owner, working throughout East Lothian.
Mainly, because of our unique pro-active marketing activities in our local area, our Scottish office network, and to take advantage of our 100% accompanied viewing policy.
I conduct all the viewings for my properties, as do the other RE/MAX agents. We don't abandon our clients to the standard "Thursday evening, Sunday afternoon" viewing scenario. I'll say it out loud. OPEN VIEWING DOESN'T WORK.
It's common knowledge that Sunday viewings, especially, are filled with time-wasters and day-trippers, people who tour around for a day out, viewing other people's houses out of sheer nosiness, or looking for decorative ideas. Why would anyone want to persist with this strategy when it's common knowledge that they're letting time-wasters into their home?
We carry out ALL viewings for our clients' properties, without prompting, and without extra cost.
We're local. All of our Estate Agents are locals. We can service viewings and other appointments at short notice.
We aim to sell your home in the quickest possible time, for the best possible price, with the least inconvenience to you.
